Dear Friends,

It gives me a great pleasure to bring to you a new version of MIA Website with updated information and brandnew look.

Sincere efforts were made towards implementing the theme for the year “SUSTAINABLE GROWTH THROUGH COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING”.

We have continued our liaison with the Government Departments at regular intervals. MIA has always been very aggressive in Policy Advocacy and many issues have been resolved through our persistent and consistent follow ups with the Government Departments.

We have been successful in sharing information related to Fire Safety in Industries, Pollution Control Board, PSPCL, PSIEC, Invest Punjab, MSME-DI for resolving issues of the industrialists.

With your support and co-operation we have been able to achieve the following:

(i) A 15Kwp Rooftop Solar Project has been installed and commissioned. Now MIA Bhawan is a Green Building.
(ii) A Common Effluent Treatment Plant has been commissioned shortly by M/s Bantech Water Pvt Ltd. This will enable our members to get their waste water treatment done at this Chanalon facility.
(iii) The MIA fraternity has included many new industries in its fold and we will continue our efforts to strengthen the association.
(iv) A facelift has been given to the MIA Bhawan.

We will continue our endeavor to provide best services to our members and knowledge sharing on important updates for MSMEs.

I acknowledge the cooperation, guidance and support received from all the Office Bearers, Executive Members, Special Invitees, Past Presidents, Chairmen of various Committees and members of MIA who are working very hard to achieve our goals for the year.
