Dear Friends,

I extend warm greetings to the esteemed members for their confidence bestowed on me to take up the responsibilities as General Secretary of MIA. We have made sincere and tireless efforts to provide best services and information to our members during the past year. We have worked towards providing the best possible services to our members and keeping them informed and ahead of the challenging times.

Circulars have been sent through email and whatsapp groups. We have continued our efforts to reach out to all the government departments and update members on the new initiatives and policies for MSMEs.

The District Administration, Industries Department, PPCB, PSPCL and various banks and financial institutions have held interactive sessions with members.

Major changes in MSME schemes and policies have taken place over the year and the government departments have held regular webinars to keep the MSMEs updated on the new schemes of the Government.

An association is able to function effectively with active support of its members. We have been fortunate to get support and voluntary help from the MIA fraternity.

I would like to thank my fellow Office Bearers, Executive Members, Former Presidents, Committee Chairmen, Committee members and Special Invitees for their invaluable support and guidance during my tenure.

I assure you that I will always be available for any responsibility given to me in future and will try my best to come up to members expectations.
